General Recruitment Fair Information for SCHOOL RECRUITERS
Search Associates organises several Recruitment Fairs in different countries around the world every year. The Harry Deelman branch is directly involved in the running of 5 Recruitment Fairs: Bangkok-January, London-February, Dubai, Bangkok-Spring and London-May, which are held annually. At each of these five fairs you can expect between 70 and 400 candidates to be available for interview.
The London-February Fair is almost solely for major IB international schools and most of the limited number of school places have been filled by prior invitation, but good IB schools are welcome to request waiting-list places (please e-mail Harry Deelman).
The London-February Fair in 2009 will have about 400 carefully selected candidates deemed suitable for IB schools. We strive to maintain a good balance of recruiters / candidates (between 1:3 and 1:5) and endeavour to match the needs of recruiters to the list of candidates we invite.
The Bangkok, Dubai and London-May Recruitment Fairs are open to all types of broadly international system schools: British, American and other national and international programme schools, with and without the IB as part of their curriculum. The Bangkok-January 2009 Fair will be limited to 95 schools and a schools Waiting List is likely to be unavoidable. Recruiters should contact Mike Williams if they are interested in attending one of the Bangkok Fairs, and contact David Cope for either Dubai or London-May.
