Gez Hayden Branch
The Gez Hayden branch works with teachers of any nationality, who are experienced in teaching the IB Primary Years, Middle Years or Diploma Programmes. We also work with internationally-minded teachers professionally orientated towards those programmes, seeking to work in international schools implementing or authorised to offer IB Programmes.
Although we work with all types of school, our specialism is making a match between the recruitment needs of schools with an international focus, IB schools, and the professional aspirations of good IB-oriented teachers.
We are especially interested to place candidates for administrative positions in IB and international schools. To this end, as well as regular teachers, we register IB PYP, MYP and Diploma Coordinators, Areas of Interaction Leaders, Grade Level / Section Head candidates, Counselors with IB experience, CAS and Community and Service Coordinators, qualified IB workshop leaders and Trainer-trainers, and other teacher-administrators commonly employed by international schools.
Gez Hayden is based in Chiang Mai, and has taken responsibility from Harry Deelman for the Search Associates London-January Recruitment Fair for IB schools and teachers. Gez registers new candidates, whilst Harry maintains services to his current and returning candidates. Gez and Harry continue to cooperate closely in their work.
Gez's wife Amelia assists him in running his branch of Search Associates, including organising the London-January Fair. We welcome to our branch new Search Associates candidates who:
- are currently resident outside Australia, New Zealand, North America and Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland
- are committed to teaching the International Baccalaureate Programmes
- have an interest in attending the London-January Search Fair
- are internationally minded, and seek schools with an international focus
