Arrival:	In good time for the Candidate Registration on Friday 28 January 2011 Candidate Registration:  10.00 - 17.30, Friday 28 January 2011. Late Candidate Registration 17.30 - 21.00 (only if arrival by 17.30 is impossible)
Venue:	The Novotel London West, 1 Shortlands, Hammersmith, London W6 8DR, United Kingdom.  Tel.: +44 (0)20 8741 1555 Nearest Underground Station:  Hammersmith (Piccadilly Line, 35 minutes direct from Heathrow Airport).
Equipment:	Laptop with DVD drive and USB port drive required for recruiters and for candidates.
Which Schools?
	100-125 IB and British Curriculum international schools, in the ratio 4:1 respectively, from all over the world, by invitation only:  Asia, Europe, Middle East, the Americas.  We attempt to ensure a balance of countries, regions, and cities.  Click here for the list of invited schools for London-January 2011.
Which Teachers?
	Outstanding teachers from all countries, with IB PYP, MYP or Diploma experience and/or strong IB orientation, and/or with British Curriculum experience.  The fair targets top teachers seeking jobs in highly regarded international schools.  The fair has a worldwide (not regional) geographical focus.  Interviews available in all grades (years) and subjects.
Which Leaders?
	Candidates for administrative positions (Principals, PYP, MYP and Diploma Coordinators, CAS Coordinators, Counselors, Area of Interaction Leaders, Trainer-trainers, qualified Workshop Leaders, and Year Heads):  e-mail Gez Hayden regarding applying for the special Leadership Section, for administrative candidates.
How to Apply?
	Register with Search Associates. Print out and read the London-January 2011 Candidate Fair Schedule pages and then submit the online Candidate Fair Application Form. If already registered with Search, ensure your file is fully up to date, with recent references.  If you are not registered with the Gez Hayden branch of Search Associates, inform your Senior Associate you intend to attend this Fair.  Please ensure your intention to attend London-January is indicated on your online Search application (which you can update at any time). On receiving a confirmed invitation to attend this fair from Gez Hayden, book your accommodation.  Staying at the Novotel is advantageous for candidates.
Deadlines:	Applications preferred in November.  Final deadline 10 December 2010, for fresh applicants to Search. For already registered and fully documented Search candidates, late applications accepted up to 10 January 2011.
Hotel Booking:
	Though not required of candidates, staying at the Novotel during the Fair is advantageous for candidates, for easier access to recruiters and Search representatives. To book your accommodation at the Novotel, use ONLY the online booking page, inserting the hotel code 0737 and appropriate preferential code (Searro or Searbb).  The booking guide gives clear instructions on the booking process. Option:  with or without breakfast. Booking recommended well before 10 December 2010, to ensure your room. Booking can be no later than 11 January 2011.
Catering:	Candidate / Recruiter Social (Saturday evening). Saturday and Sunday Lunch:  light snacks provided. Food and drink can be bought at a range of nearby retail outlets, and inside the hotel.
Travel:	Visas are necessary for entering the United Kingdom, for some nationalities.  Please check your travel documents are in order at least one month before your date of travel.  Gez Hayden's Office can supply to candidates a letter of invitation in support of a visa application, where this is needed.
