Search Associates London-February 2009 Recruitment Fair Information for SCHOOL RECRUITERS

Primarily intended for large and well-known International Baccalaureate (PYP, MYP and/or DP) schools, this fair is open by invitation only to a maximum of 100 participating schools plus very carefully selected candidates of a wide range of nationalities.
Candidate places will be offered to highly recommended teachers and other specialists needed by schools, whose profile is very close to what the recruiting schools tell us they seek. |

There is parking available at the hotel (cost £1.00 /hour for hotel guests; £3.00 /hour for non residents) or metered parking on the street nearby at £1.60 /hour Monday to Saturday (8.30 - 18.30), free on Sundays. Public transport is recommended. The Hammersmith tube (Subway / Underground) station is very near the hotel. Hammersmith is on the Piccadilly line, which runs to / from London Heathrow Airport through central London. |

The number of recruiting schools will be limited to 100. Priority will be given to the schools that recruited at this fair in each of the past few years but a Waiting List is being established. |

| All recruiters must interview at the Novotel London West hotel, where Search Associates has arranged an advantageous room rate. Absolute deadline for Novotel bookings: 1 January 2009, but best by early December - See Note below. | |

Note: Book your Novotel hotel accommodation EARLY (e.g. Sept/Oct 2008). The hotel's deadline date for bookings is 1 January 2009, but few, if any, of the Search block of rooms will remain by that date so we strongly urge you to regard 14 December 2008 as the deadline! Cancellations without penalty are possible up to a week before the guest's arrival date. |

| Visas: | EC, Canadian, U.S. and most other passport holders travelling from overseas require no visa but, if in doubt, please check with your travel agent and/or your nearest British embassy / consulate in good time. |
