General Recruitment Fair Information for CANDIDATES
Search Associates organises several Recruitment Fairs in different countries around the world every year. All candidates who register with Search Associates are encouraged to attend at least one of our Recruitment Fairs to improve their chances of placement.
The Harry Deelman branch is directly involved in the running of 5 Recruitment Fairs, held annually: Bangkok-January, London-February, Dubai, Bangkok-Spring and London-May. At each of these five fairs you can expect between 30 and 100 schools to be recruiting and interviewing. As far as possible, all five Fairs have been arranged so that candidates need to miss little or no school time.
These fairs are remarkably relaxed and friendly events and a very effective means of matching candidates with vacancies. They are also an excellent way for teachers to increase their knowledge of the international schools scene and of individual schools by talking to the recruiters and the other candidates.
