Registration Information for CANDIDATES
(Teachers, Programme Coordinators, Grade Level / Section Leaders, Principals, Senior Teachers and Head Teachers)
Registering with any branch of Search Associates allows you to make use of the Search Associates Databases and our other services, and it enables you to apply to attend any of the Recruitment Fairs organised by Search Associates. (Acceptance is at the discretion of the senior associate organising the fair.)
If you have ever previously been registered with Search Associates, you should re-register with the same senior associate as before. The contact details of all the senior associates are available on 'The Branches of Search Associates' page of this site.
Registration Procedure for Candidates
To register with Search Associates you must complete the following steps. This procedure is almost the same for new applicants and those who are renewing their registration with Search Associates. Those who are renewing their registration should e-mail their specific associate to request the re-activation of their archived application form, if possible.
- Choose your senior associate - see information in the right-hand column of this page.
- Complete the online Search Associates Application Form, remembering to upload a current photo of yourself (headshot only). Returning past candidates, whose old application has been taken out of the archive, must carefully update their application form before we can activate their candidate file.
- Sign a printed copy of the Candidate Agreement and either scan and send it by e-mail attachment to your senior associate, or send the signed copy by airmail.
- Submit supplementary documentation (eg: CV / résumé) to your senior associate, if requested.
- Ask 3 of your supervisors and 2 or 3 of your students' parents each to provide a confidential reference for you by completing a Search Associates online Evaluation Form.
- Pay your senior associate the appropriate registration fee.
