The London-January Recruitment Fair:  Information for TEACHING CANDIDATES

The London-January Recruitment Fair attracts between 80 and 100 schools with good IB PYP, MYP and Diploma programmes and 15 to 25 top British Curriculum international schools.  Candidates with experience and training in these programmes are especially welcome;  the candidate curriculum experience ratio at this fair will be  IB 4 : UK 1.

Teachers are also welcome to apply who have appropriate in-demand other classroom experience or subject expertise, who are IB-oriented, and internationally minded in planning their career development.

Candidates should understand that the London-January Fair attracts schools from all over the world, and does not focus on one geographical region.

Suitable candidates may apply to participate in the Fair both as a Teaching Candidate and as a Leadership Candidate.  In many cases this is advisable.  However, only selected candidates are successful in applying to the Leadership Section of this fair.  Leadership candidates may also interview for teaching candidate positions at this fair.

Please e-mail Gez Hayden directly regarding how to apply as a Leadership Candidate attending the London-January Recruitment Fair.
