Choosing Your Senior Associate
| Teachers, if you have ever previously been registered with Search Associates, please continue to communicate with the senior associate with whom you were then registered. |
If you are new to Search Associates, the senior associate you choose will depend on:
- where you live (if you are still in your home country)
- which Recruitment Fair you wish to attend
- your curriculum preference and the type of international school you wish to work in
If you have not previously registered with Search Associates, please use the following table to decide with which senior associate you should register.

REMINDER: RETURNING CANDIDATES SHOULD CONTACT THEIR ORIGINAL SPONSORING ASSOCIATE FIRST AND WILL NORMALLY RE-REGISTER WITH THAT SAME ASSOCIATE. REGISTER WITH ONE BRANCH OF SEARCH ONLY. |
Regardless of which senior associate you are registered with, all Search Associates candidates are listed in the Search Associates online candidate database (accessible to school recruiters) and have access to the Search Associates database of schools and their vacancies.
Teachers from USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand should thoroughly review www.search-associates.com and should please note that home country teachers, resident in any of the latter four countries and wishing to register, MUST select the senior associate linked to the candidate's place of residence - see chart above. Nationals of USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand who are living and working outside their native country (and who have not registered previously with any other senior associate in Search) may consider registration with the Harry Deelman branch ONLY if they wish to attend the IB Schools Recruitment Fair, London-February, and/or if they regard their commitment to IB teaching as out-weighing their specific national background, usually linked to their being interested in attending one or more of the Bangkok-January, Dubai, Bangkok-Spring or London Recruitment Fairs.
